My little introduction

My name is Ayman, and I am a Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) living in Amiskwacîwâskahikan (Beaver Hills House), also known as Edmonton, Alberta. Currently, I work as an instructor and clinical liaison with both MRI and MRT undergraduate students.

Before transitioning into my current teaching role, I spent over 10 years working as an X-ray, CT, and MRI technologist following the completion of my degree back in 2006. Early in my career, precepting students during their clinical placements sparked my interest in education and inspired me to move into teaching.

On the personal side, my wife and I have four wonderful kids and they are the world to us. In my spare time, I enjoy tinkering with my car, getting my hands dirty fixing things, or gardening. I also love swimming and playing soccer.
