MY PICK OF THE MONTH

This month, I recommend exploring the topic of teaching innovation and the role of technology in shaping the future of healthcare education.

Professional Organizations:
Here is my regulatory body in Alberta, as well as my national professional association and certifying body.
ACMDTT
The Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (the College) is a regulatory body established under the Health Professions Act (HPA) whose primary purpose is the protection of the public.
The College regulates five distinct professional groups called specialties, which fall under two umbrella groups: medical radiation technologists (MRTs) and electroneurophysiology technologists (ENPs).
CAMRT
The Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) is the national professional association and certifying body for radiological, nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging technologists and radiation therapists. Recognized at home and internationally as a leading advocate for the profession of medical radiation technology, the CAMRT is an authoritative voice on the critical issues that affect its members and their practice. Established in 1942, the CAMRT today represents over 12,000 members.
